Public notice of the completed environmental protection acceptance investigation report

　　（1）Construction site, construction scale, and main content
　　Zhejiang Tianqi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Si 'an Industrial Zone, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province； It is the largest high-tech environmental protection enterprise specialized in the production of casting resin and supporting series products in Zhejiang Province. The main products include heat-cured resin and all kinds of matching curing agents, casting steel coating, casting iron coating, slag remover agent, film removal agent, bonder, sealing clay agent, mixed alcohol, etc.
　　Due to the current development needs of the enterprise, with the existing production plant in the factory, we will purchase a high-speed mixer, mixed mixer, sealing machine, and other production and auxiliary equipment for the needs of production. It is expected that when the project is completed and put into operation, the plant will achieve an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of water-based coating, 2,000 tons of dry powder coating, 300 tons of bonder, 60 tons of release agent, 30,000 tons of furan resin and 40,000 tons of curing agent for resin.
　　（2）Construction process and environmental approval
　　In January 2019, Hangzhou Zhongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was commissioned to compile the Environmental Impact Registration Form of Zhejiang Tianqi New Material Technology Co., LTD. with 3000 tons of water-based coating, 2000 tons of dry powder coating, 300 tons of binder and 60 tons of release agent. On January 24, 2019, Huzhou Ecological Environment Bureau Changxing Branch (the former Changxing Environmental Protection Bureau) presented Zhejiang Tianqi New Material Technology Co., LTD., annual output of 3000 tons of water-based coating, 2000 tons of dry powder coating, binder 300 tons, 60 tons of release agent project environmental impact registration form to the authorities and agreed to the construction of the project in Sian Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City.
　　（3）Acceptance monitoring results
　　Hangzhou Xike Testing Technology Co., Ltd. has carried out environmental protection acceptance monitoring of the project (Report No.: EN19040010). During the monitoring period, the production condition of the project is normal, with a production load of 80%, which meets the load requirements of the complete acceptance condition.
